Physical Therapist Clinic Director
We are seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in New Jersey to lead our brand-new, fully built-out clinic in Hackettstown, NJ. This is an exciting opportunity to step into a leadership role with a non-clinical owner who will be hands-on in clinic operations .
What We Offer
Compensation up to $110,000 per year
Quarterly performance bonuses up to $2,000 per quarter

Full-time, Monday–Friday (40 hours per week, flexible hours)

Full salary during ramp-up period without needing a full caseload
One-on-one patient care model (60-minute intervals, transitioning to 40 minutes as needed)
Key Responsibilities
Serve as Clinic Director, overseeing patient care and clinic growth
Collaborate with the clinic owner to build a strong caseload and presence in the local community
Handle marketing responsibilities, networking, and pitching services locally
Provide specialized care in balance therapy, orthopedics, and neuro rehab (geriatrics experience required)
What We're Looking For
Licensed NJ Physical Therapist
Three or more years of experience as a PT (Clinic Director experience not required)
Strong interest in marketing, business development, and community outreach
Comfortability with geriatrics, balance, ortho, and neuro therapy
Experience with EMR : Prompt
