Physical Therapist Clinic Director

We are seeking a Physical Therapist Clinic Director to lead a new clinic in Wayne, NJ. This role is ideal for a licensed physical therapist who is passionate about direct patient care, community engagement, and clinic growth.

Compensation & Benefits:

• Salary up to $105,000 (Based of Experience)
• $500 per month consultation pay (pre-opening tasks: credentialing, clinic setup, etc.)

Responsibilities:

• Provide one-on-one patient care with a focus on balance, orthopedics, and vestibular therapy.
• Engage in marketing and community outreach to promote the clinic.
• Work independently as the sole provider while helping to expand the team.
• Collaborate with Clinic Owners
• Participate in consultation work before the clinic opens, including credentialing, clinic layout, and equipment selection.

What This Role Does Not Include:

• Scheduling, billing, or insurance certifications. The primary focus will be on patient care and clinic growth.

Qualifications:

• Active New Jersey Physical Therapy License
• Minimum of three years of experience in physical therapy
• Experience in balance, orthopedics, and vestibular therapy preferred (flexible for the right candidate)
• Strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn and grow
• Ability to work independently while leading and developing a growing team
