Physical Therapist
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physical Therapist (PT) to join our growing clinic in Downtown Glendale, AZ. This is an exciting opportunity for a PT looking to step into a leadership role, with the potential to grow into a Clinic Director position as the practice expands. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in pelvic health and a desire to work with a diverse patient base, ranging from teens to geriatrics. In addition to providing exceptional patient care, you'll also have the chance to contribute to the clinic's growth through marketing efforts (with support) and clinic development.
Responsibilities :
- Provide direct patient care with a focus on balance, orthopedic, sports medicine, neuro, vestibular, and pelvic health (training available for those with limited experience in pelvic health).
- Assist in growing the clinic and developing a stable, long-term patient base.
- Participate in marketing and community outreach efforts to promote the clinic (with support in the future).
- Take part in leadership and clinic management activities with potential to grow into a Clinic Director position.
- Help develop the clinic's business practices and patient care strategies.
- Utilize EMR software (Prompt) and AI-powered tools (Prediction Health Sidekick) to assist with charting.
