Physical Therapist
Our clinic is a well-established, community-focused practice in Fort Lee, NJ. We're committed to providing personalized, one-on-one care to a diverse patient base, and we're looking for a skilled, compassionate Physical Therapist to join our growing team. The previous PT will be resigning effective March 31st, 2025, creating an exciting opportunity for the right candidate to take over a full caseload and build the clinic further in collaboration with the Clinic Owner.
Compensation & Benefits :
- Competitive salary, up to $102,000 per year
- Quarterly Performance Bonuses
- Health Insurance Stipend ($200 per month)
- Paid Time Off (PTO) : 10 days
- Sick Days : 5 days
- Paid Holidays : 6 days
- 401(k) coming soon
- Opportunities for profit sharing starting in Year 2.
Position Overview :
As our full-time Physical Therapist, you will be the sole clinician in the clinic, working closely with the owner to manage patient care, grow the practice, and help direct front desk personnel. The position will focus primarily on clinical duties with the potential for growth into a Clinic Director role.
