Physical Therapist
Join a well-established outpatient clinic that has been serving the Brownsville community for 33 years! We are looking for a passionate and driven Physical Therapist to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to grow within a clinic that values high-quality, one-on-one patient care while offering mentorship, ownership, and profit-sharing opportunities.
Position Details :
Setting : 100% outpatient
Clinic Transition : Moving from paper charting to electronic (WebPT)
Current Clinic Owner : Experienced in orthopedics and available for mentorship
Treatment Approach :
One-on-One Patient Care : Occasionally two patients when safety and quality allow
Support Team : PTAs handle treatments, allowing PTs to focus on evaluations and treatment planning
Treatment Intervals : 40 to 60 minutes based on patient needs
Expectations : Comfortable handling both evaluations and treatments
