Physical Therapist

We are seeking a full time Physical Therapist to join our clinic that has been open for two years and serves patients of all ages, with a slightly higher focus on the geriatric population. Our services include orthopedics, neurology, vestibular rehabilitation, and balance training. We also have an exciting opportunity for a PT interested in expanding their knowledge in Pelvic Health (not required).

Compensation Package :

Up to $90,000 annually, based on experience
Paid Vacation : 2 weeks per year
Paid Holidays : 6 days

Steady caseload with opportunities for professional growth

Job Responsibilities :

Monday through Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 30 PM

Provide one-on-one patient care with 40-minute sessions for general visits and 60-minute sessions for Medicare patients

Mix of evaluations and follow-up visits for a steady caseload

Comfortable delegating tasks to PTAs and leading a collaborative team

Take a leadership role with potential for clinic director responsibilities as the clinic grows

Deliver high-quality patient care while fostering a positive environment

Develop and execute individualized treatment plans to optimize patient outcomes

Desired Qualities :

Strong interest in learning more about Pelvic Health

Comfortable working with a geriatric patient population

Demonstrated leadership ability with an interest in clinic growth and mentorship

Excellent communication skills, with a focus on one-on-one patient care

Using Prompt EMR (training offered)

Requirements :

New graduates welcome to apply)

Florida licensed Physical Therapist required
