Key Responsibilities: Warmly greet guests upon eye contact, providing energetic and prompt service. Drive company sales growth and profitability through customer-centric selling, teamwork, superior product knowledge, and impeccable customer experience. Possess extensive knowledge about Kreation offerings, including ingredients and benefits. Exceed guest expectations by delivering a positive and complete experience, uphold Kreation's standards for Service, Style, Selection, and Excellence. Achieve established sales goals, enroll all customers in our Loyalty Program, promote a strong sense of teamwork by working together collaboratively to achieve goals, and other job-related duties as requested.
Requirements: Previous customer service experience preferred, excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor, passion, knowledge, interest in health, fitness, and/or wellness, ability to build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service, ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge, strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English, able to stand for the duration of shifts, often up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds, up to 5 times per shift, comfortable with exposure to steam, varying temperatures, and humidity, high energy, excellent communication, team-oriented, and diligent work ethic.
