Requirements: Previous customer service experience preferred, excellent communication skills with a friendly and professional demeanor, passion, knowledge, interest in health, fitness, and/or wellness, ability to build customer relationships and deliver exceptional service, ability to quickly learn new procedures, processes, and product knowledge, strong verbal and written communication skills with proficiency in English, able to stand for the duration of shifts, often up to 8 hours, with frequent bending, squatting, and lifting objects up to 30 pounds, up to 5 times per shift, comfortable with exposure to steam, varying temperatures, and humidity, high energy, excellent communication, team-oriented, and diligent work ethic.
