Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to fostering a positive learning environment and promoting the academic and personal growth of 2 to 3 year old students. This role involves working with children in various capacities. The Teacher will utilize innovative teaching methods, to engage students and enhance their learning experience.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with curriculum standards and cater to diverse learning styles.
- Provide instruction in core subjects such as Math and Physical Education, ensuring students meet educational benchmarks.
- Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes respect, responsibility, and engagement among students.
- Maintain effective communication with parents regarding student progress, classroom activities, and child welfare.
- Collaborate with other educators to share best practices and enhance the overall educational experience within the school.
Skills
- Experience in toddler care or childcare is preferred to support younger students effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with students, parents, and colleagues.
- A passion for education and a commitment to fostering student success through innovative teaching strategies.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $14.50 - $16.00 per hour
