What You Will Do as a Customer Service Ambassador:
- Connect with customers: Meet potential clients in person to promote, sell, and educate them on wireless service plans that best suit their needs, provided they qualify.
- Guide customers through the enrollment process: Assist customers in the enrollment process, ensuring they fully understand the benefits of their selected plans, while upselling additional services when appropriate.
- Offer customized solutions: Apply your problem-solving abilities to address customer questions and concerns, delivering professional and personalized service every time.
- Meet and exceed sales targets: Utilize your communication and relationship-building skills to achieve and surpass performance goals.
- Collaborate with a high-performing team: Share ideas and strategies with the Customer Service Associate and Sales team to foster continuous improvement and collective growth.
