Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Director of Network Infrastructure located in Manheim PA. The Director of Network Infrastructure, Operations & Security is responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of the organization’s IT infrastructure, including network hardware and architecture, communication and surveillance systems, host servers, virtual machines (VMs), hardware, and cybersecurity measures. This role ensures the stability, security, and efficiency of IT operations while mitigating risks and safeguarding company data. The Director of Network Infrastructure, Operations & Security will work with outsourced support vendors and collaborate with IT staff and leadership to manage corporate network infrastructure, security posture, communication and surveillance systems, and enforce security protocols as well as drive strategic technology initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 10 years of experience in IT or infrastructure management and support, or a similar role.
- Proven leadership experience with the ability to manage technical implementations.
- Experience with network infrastructure hardware, architecture and connectivity is required.
- Experience with telephony (PBX and VoIP) and surveillance systems is required.
- Experience in business continuity and the deployment of cybersecurity technologies is required.
- Knowledge of automation, industrial machinery, or cloud-based services preferred.
- Experience working in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
