SANITATION SUPERVISOR

Job Summary:
Kreider Farms is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sanitation Supervisor for our Egg Processing Division. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in sanitation within a manufacturing plant, a strong understanding of Safety Data Sheets (SDS) and proper chemical handling, and at least 1 year of supervisory experience. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining the cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety of our egg processing operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and direct the cleaning and sanitation activities of the cleaning crew to ensure all areas of the plant, including processing equipment, floors, restrooms, and break rooms, are maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness and sanitation.

• 
  Collaborate with management to communicate any sanitation needs, challenges, and updates.
• 
  Clean and sanitize processing equipment, floors, and work areas to meet established health, safety, and food safety standards.
• 
  Ensure that all sanitation processes are in compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements, including food safety and quality standards.
• 
  Conduct regular inspections to verify sanitation procedures are being followed and ensure that any sanitation-related issues are promptly addressed.
• 
  Maintain clean restrooms and break rooms, ensuring they meet health and safety standards.
• 
  Provide safety training and ensure the safety of all sanitation personnel by enforcing proper safety protocols and reporting any safety hazards or accidents.
• 
  Responsible for identifying and reporting any food safety or quality concerns to management immediately.

  Assist in maintaining records related to sanitation, cleaning schedules, and safety training.

• 
  Perform other duties as required by management.
