Job Title : Talent Acquisition Specialist
Department : Human Resources
Reports To : VP of HR and Safety
Job Summary : The Talent Acquisition Specialist will implement talent acquisition and recruitment strategies for all staffing needs across all company divisions.
Responsibilities :
- Manage the full recruiting lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, and making offers.
- Understand various positions and company culture to optimize recruitment and retention.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to create effective action plans for filling positions.
- Build a network for sourcing qualified candidates through professional organizations and educational institutions.
- Review resumes, conduct interviews, and maintain documentation of recruiting activities.
- Manage applicant tracking software and job postings.
- Utilize social media for candidate searches and job leads.
- Research and recommend effective sourcing strategies and new technologies.
- Assist in developing job descriptions and promoting hiring needs internally and externally.
- Communicate efficiently with all departments to maximize recruitment efforts.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
