We are seeking a dedicated Driver Recruiter to spearhead our efforts in identifying and hiring Class A CDL Drivers. As a Driver Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in our recruitment process by collaborating with dispatchers, sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and ensuring compliance with employment regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with dispatchers, safety team and recruitment manager to compile hiring requirements.
- Utilize various channels such as databases, ATS, and social media to attract suitable candidates.
- Conduct phone interviews and assess applicants' qualifications.
- Conduct DOT & FMCSA required pre-employment checks.
- Complete paperwork for new hires and provide recruitment status updates.
- Promote our company as an employer of choice and ensure compliance with employment legislation.
- Provide detailed information to candidates regarding company benefits, facilities, and opportunities.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Previous experience in recruitment and familiarity with recruitment databases.
- Strong interpersonal and decision-making skills.
- Knowledge of employment law and legislation.
- Previous driver recruitment experience preferred
Schedule:
Monday - Friday, 7:30AM - 4:00PM or 8:00AM - 4:30PM

Pay: From $22.00 per hour
