About The Function
Specialty Crops Sales Manager
Location: Mid-Atlantic Region (Eastern Shores, MD)

What You’ll Do
- Serve as the technical and sales lead for specialty and perennial crop systems across the Mid-Atlantic.
- Collaborate closely with Sales Advisors and growers to deliver tailored agronomic support and drive results.
- Manage relationships from initial sales conversations to ongoing field-level support.
- Advise on inventory planning and work closely with operations teams.
- Stay ahead of the curve by integrating research insights and industry trends into your recommendations.
- Travel throughout the region to engage with customers, attend trainings, and expand your network.
- Maintain and grow territory sales through trust, expertise, and partnership.
What You Bring
- Strong understanding of soil and plant health, especially in specialty and perennial cropping systems.
- Proven ability to translate technical knowledge into actionable advice for growers.
- At least 4 years of ag industry experience or a related degree (preferred).
- Certified Crop Adviser (CCA) preferred, with prior sales experience a plus.
- Confident communicator with the ability to present to groups and lead conversations with growers, teams, and stakeholders.
- Organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable with tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
- High integrity, a team-first mindset, and a deep-rooted passion for agriculture.
- Only candidates local to the Eastern Shores area of Maryland will be considered.
- You must be legally eligible to work in the US without sponsorship.
