Rapidly growing Personal Injury firm looking for additional Personal Injury Paralegals with a minimum of 3-5 years experience in working on Personal Injury, Medical Mal Practice and Nursing Home cases. Bi-lingual Spanish speaking candidates needed. Paralegal Duties include

  • Attorney support
  • Speaking to clients daily
  • Calendar Scheduling appointments and critical deadlines
  • Expert Interaction and follow up on reports and AOMS
  • Requesting and following up on documents, medical records and bills.
  • Drafting Discovery Interrogatories - , Motions, Complaints etc..
  • Familiar with reviewing Medical Records and doing Chrono.
  • Conduct investigations and interviews with clients.
  • Assist attorney with pleadings.
  • Prepare routine court documents to assist attorney in preparation for trial.
  • Experience with Ecourts.

Should be able to display the ability to multi-task, possess an investigative mindset with strong writing skills, good communication skills and familiarity with legal and medical terminology.

Should be patient and comfortable on the phone assisting people in their time of need

Looking for experienced paralegals only in both New Jersey and New York Personal Injury filings and procedures a must. Fluency in English and Spanish required.

This position requires a reliable, super organized individual with good time management skills, able to follow detailed procedures and policies in a timely manner with ease. Experience working as a Litigation Paralegal in Personal Injury a must. Medical Mal Practice and Nursing Home- preferred, along with knowledge of the following helpful:

  • Contact Management Systems,
  • Google Sheets
  • Smart Advocate
  • Microsoft Word,
  • Smart Advocate,
  • Adobe
  • Multi phone line system helpful.
  • Ecourts

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Starting salary from $60,000.00 plus per year based on experience.

  • Monday to Friday

Work Location: Hybrid remote possibility- minimum 3-4 days per week in office depending upon Attorneys needs, trial and schedule.

Salary : $60,000 - $67,500
