Executive Assistant
Kress is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Executive / Personal Assistant to provide seamless administrative support to our leadership team, manage calendars, coordinate travel arrangements, handle confidential communications, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations. This position requires exceptional communication skills and the ability to anticipate needs and proactively address them.
This is full time position working 8 : 00 am to 4 : 30 pm CST, Monday through Friday. This position requires the candidate to sit on site at our Brimfield, IL office.
Responsibilities :
Manage calendars, including scheduling meetings, conferences, and travel arrangements
Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations, and other documents as needed
Screen and manage phone calls, emails, and other communications on behalf of leadership
Conduct, research, and compile data to support leadership decision-making
Act as a liaison between leadership and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication
Maintain filing systems and ensure confidentiality of sensitive information
Handle expense reporting and budget tracking for leadership-related activities
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent
4 years proven experience as an Executive Assistant
Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively
Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with strong interpersonal abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and calendar management tools
Discretion and ability to handle confidential information with utmost professionalism
Strong work ethic with a proactive approach to problem-solving
Account reconciliation, bill pay and / or payroll experience preferred
