Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Installation Specialist to join our team at Krew Security & Surveillance. As an Installation Specialist, you will be responsible for the installation and general programming of residential and commercial security systems.
Responsibilities
- Install and configure security systems, including fire alarms, intrusion alarms, access control systems, video surveillance, audio components, and data networks.
- Travel to client sites to service, repair, troubleshoot, and detect access control equipment and IP-based video security systems.
- Perform commercial Fire Alarm Inspections with the authority having jurisdiction.
- Makes low-voltage electrical connections, tests operations of electronic equipment, and verifies proper operation of electronic equipment.
Requirements
- A high school diploma or equivalent is required; an associate's degree is preferred.
- 0-2 years of experience in the low-voltage electronics or electronic security industry, preferably with customer service experience.
- Good understanding of how the security industry works and ability to make informed decisions that benefit the customer and company.
