KREWE’s unique approach to eyewear has created a cult-following amongst consumers and influencers alike. Our frames have appeared in publications from GQ to VOGUE and on celebrities such as Beyonce, Gigi Hadid, Meghan Markle, Carrie Underwood, Hailey Bieber, Zayn Malik, Scott Disick, Adam Huber, among others.
As our business grows, we are seeking a Email & SMS Marketing Associate who will be responsible for developing Email & SMS campaigns that drive acquisition, retention, personalization, loyalty, and long-term relationships with the eCommerce, Retail & Special events KREWE customers. This person will play a crucial role in maintaining and optimizing our global CRM, ensuring effective communication to all D2C KREWE customers and subscribers.
This role will report in office 5 days a week in New Orleans or New York.
Responsibilities :
- Own Email & SMS / MMS campaign calendar planning & workflow for eComm, retail & special events.
- Curate campaign context, content and call-to-actions by putting together briefs for the creative & copy teams to design into. Review these Email & SMS designs and provide teams with feedback based on best practices, engagement data and testing responses.
- Responsible for compiling, scheduling & sending all campaigns, flows & transactional emails directly in Klaviyo and Attentive programs.
- Full administration over the KREWE CRM Systems, ensuring accurate and up-to-date customer database information that follows best practices for data entry, data quality, and data privacy.
- Collaborate with performance marketing teams including eCommerce, Paid Media, Retail, & Events to develop CRM strategies that align with business goals per channel.
- Monitor campaign, flow and transactional Email / SMS performance and use data-driven insights to optimize future campaigns.
- Innovate, design, test and execute subscriber growth campaigns across all digital touch points (paid and unpaid) in order to drive a healthy acquisition strategy
- Ideate loyalty and retention touch-points and / or programs to enhance customer LTV for an omni-channel experience
- Create regular reports (weekly, monthly, annually) and dashboards to track KPIs related to engagement and conversion of all email & sms campaigns.
