We are seeking a detail-oriented Inventory and Allocations Analyst to optimize inventory distribution and ensure product availability across multiple sales channels. This role involves analyzing inventory levels, forecasting demand, and coordinating with internal teams to enhance operational efficiency. This role will also play a key role in physical inventory. The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience in inventory management, and the ability to balance supply and demand effectively.
This role is based in our New Orleans Headquarters 5 days a week.

Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze sales performance metrics, trends, and key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Prepare and distribute regular reports and dashboards to track sales performance
- Monitor sales targets and provide insights on opportunities for growth
- Conduct variance analysis to identify sales trends and deviations from forecasts
- Collect, clean, and organize sales data from multiple sources (CRM, ERP, POS, etc.)
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Excel, Power BI, or Tableau
- Partner with IT and Sales Leaders to ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting platforms
- Help develop and improve financial models and dashboards for better decision-making
- Assist in sales forecasting and demand planning to support business strategy
- Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to optimize pricing and promotions
- Support ad hoc analysis and special projects as required
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 1-3 years of experience in financial analysis, accounting, or related roles (internships included)
- Strong Excel and financial modeling skills; experience with financial software (Oracle, Netsuite, or similar)
- Strong proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau)
- Experience with database management (SQL) or reporting automation/enhancement using AI is a plus, but not required
- Familiarity with inventory management and/or retail business experience would be beneficial, but not necessary
- Solid understanding of sales performance metrics and reporting techniques
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
- Strong communication and presentation skills across all levels of the organization and ability to collaborate with differentteams
