General Manager

Salary Range

$50,000.00 - $58,000.00 annually, based on technical and industry experience

Position Summary
 The General Manager is a dynamic leader dedicated to delivering exceptional customer experiences and operational excellence. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing team performance, and ensuring alignment with company policies and goals. Success in this position requires strong leadership, strategic decision-making, and a commitment to fostering a positive and productive workplace.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure restaurant operations consistently meet quality, safety, and cleanliness standards.
• Monitor and control product and labor costs to achieve financial targets.
• Delegate responsibilities effectively to staff, ensuring objectives are met and exceptional service is delivered.
• Train, coach, and provide ongoing performance feedback to employees.
• Conduct regular operations reviews to address issues and identify improvement opportunities.
• Maintain compliance with company policies, cash handling, and safety/security protocols.
• Enhance guest satisfaction by promoting high service standards and understanding customer needs.
• Manage administrative duties, including inventory, scheduling, product ordering, and reporting.
• Lead staff meetings and implement marketing initiatives to drive growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience in managerial role (restaurant management preferred)
• Ability to work a 50-hour work week, including nights & weekends
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Proven ability to manage and develop teams in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• Proven ability to meet & succeed Labor and Food Costs goals

*Mandatory Requirement - Upon hire or promotion into the General Manager role, you will enter into our Manager Training program for 8-10 weeks (360 hours) to fully learn the position. You will train at one of our certified training locations; this may require travel depending on location. You must successfully complete training before assuming role as a General Manager.*
