Overview:
We are looking for the next ROCK STAR to join our family !! Part-time and full time positions available now. In- shop employees are responsible for greeting customers when they enter and exit the restaurant. They must understand the importance of the customer experience. Real people serving awesome sandwiches to real people in 60 seconds or less. We are fast, fun and accurate and look forward to you joining our team.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and serve food and beverages to guests in a high-volume restaurant environment.
- Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to the highest standards of sanitation and safety.
- Manage food inventory and ordering processes, ensuring timely delivery of fresh ingredients.
- Operate a Point-of-Sale (POS) system and manage cash and credit transactions efficiently.
- Provide exceptional customer service, handling guest requests and resolving any issues promptly.
- Demonstrate strong time management skills, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines and maintain a high level of productivity.
- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service and maintain a positive and supportive work environment.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Experience in the food industry, preferably in a kitchen or restaurant setting.
- Familiarity with kitchen equipment and food preparation techniques.
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices.
- Ability to lift heavy objects and stand for extended periods.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Proficiency in operating a POS system and cash handling.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage time effectively.
- Prior experience in a grocery store or related setting is an advantage.
- Physical stamina to perform tasks that require prolonged standing and walking.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and sometimes stressful environment.
- Ability to be mobile in walk-in refrigerator and freezer with temperatures ranging from 40° F to -10° F
