What are the responsibilities and job description for the Client Success Associate position at KRI Partners?
POSITION SUMMARY
You will be the first point of contact for potential clients who express interest in our investment funds and our educational programs. Your goal is to qualify leads, build trust, and schedule calls for senior members of our Client Success Team. Success in this role requires excellent communication skills, persistence, and the ability to inspire confidence in our prospects. Some previous experience in a sales role is preferred.

OBJECTIVES·
- Utilize outbound sales calls, video presentations, text messages, emails, etc. to communicate with potential prospects to generate new clients for our programs.
- Make 100 outbound phone calls daily to achieve business development goals.
- Timely respond to inbound calls, leads, referrals, and other sources to generate new clients for our programs.
- Use HubSpot and Aloware to record and manage all leads and relationships.
- Help report and monitor sales related KPIs and metrics.
- Meet sales and activity goals set by the management team which will be modified as products continue to be developed and the firm’s offerings are expanded.
- Participate in all company required training and personal development programs.
- Comprehensive knowledge of all company investment offerings and educational programs.

- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
- Navigate and effectively use CRM systems, call management tools, and other relevant technologies such as Microsoft Office Suite.
- Understand client flow with the use of funnel marketing, landing pages, and other marketing related entities.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
- Four-year college degree is preferred but not required.
- High school diploma or equivalent is required.
- 1–2 years of relevant experience in sales, customer service, or appointment setting.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- Must be able to sit at a desk for prolonged periods and work on a computer.
- Must be able to attend and help set up/tear down at in-person events for which you are a part of.

COMPENSATION
Compensation listed above is a combination of salary plus commission and is an estimate of what can be expected for a successful candidate.
