Position Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Financial Controller to oversee our company’s financial operations. The Financial Controller will be responsible for financial planning, reporting, compliance, and risk management, ensuring the financial health and stability of the organization. This role requires strong analytical skills, leadership, and a deep understanding of financial regulations and accounting principles.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all financial activities, including budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulatory standards.
- Develop and implement internal control policies and financial procedures.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, ensuring adequate liquidity for operational needs.
- Coordinate and lead the annual audit process and liaise with external auditors.
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations, financial laws, and industry standards.
- Provide strategic financial guidance to senior management to support business decisions.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in financial management or accounting roles.
