Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a New Car Sales Associate at Krieger Ford located in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, providing automotive sales expertise, ensuring customer satisfaction, and fostering customer retention.
Qualifications
- Customer Satisfaction and Customer Retention skills
- Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication skills
- Automotive Sales experience
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous sales or customer service experience is preferred
- Knowledge of Ford vehicles and services is a plus
- Ability to work Saturdays (we are closed on Sundays!).
