Krieger & Tillinger is looking for an experienced receptionist for our family law division. Office is in the Clear Lake area.
Job duties include : Answering and routing calls on a multi-line phone system, scheduling appointments for new and existing clients, helping to maintain a calendar for multiple attorneys, setting up new files, filing, and more.
We use WordPerfect, FormBuilder (similar to ProDoc), MyCase, Outlook, and Excel.
Candidates must be able to multi-task, work well under pressure in a busy office environment, calmly and appropriately respond to clients who are often emotional and under the stress of their court case.
