Blender Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Blender Operator to join our team at Krier Foods. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient mixing of finished products and maintaining the highest possible food safety and customer taste and appearance quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate blending equipment including pump stations, breddos, PLC/flow systems, support systems, and blending tanks.
• Maintain complete and accurate records, including batches produced, ingredients utilized by lot code, processing parameters, and final batch results.
• Stage and arrange ingredients for blends and return them to appropriate storage areas when blending is completed.

Requirements:Qualifications: To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.

• A minimum of 1-2 years' experience working in a manufacturing setting, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry.
• A basic knowledge of laboratory safety procedures and policies is necessary to ensure a safe working environment.
• Required to fully comply with Quality Management System Policies and Procedures and Food Safety Management requirements.
