Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled active or retired Law Enforcement Officer to join our security team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to service, integrity, and professionalism while demonstrating the ability to handle various situations with tact and efficiency.
You will be providing armed security services on foot at a retail location.
Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to emergency calls and incidents, providing assistance as needed.
- Manage conflicts effectively, utilizing conflict management techniques to de-escalate situations.
- Provide first aid and CPR when necessary, ensuring the safety of individuals in distress.
- Work with other law enforcement agencies and community organizations to enhance public safety initiatives.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in law enforcement or a related field is preferred.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective interaction with the public and colleagues.
- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining composure in stressful situations.
