POSITION SUMMARY
The Online Coordinator plays a critical role in the execution of online programs across all formats, including live and on demand programming. This motivated, organized, and service-oriented individual is the liaison between students, presenters, and internal departments including Programming, Marketing, and Registrations to ensure seamless execution and phenomenal student experience.
ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Communicates and plans effectively with presenters and Kripalu departments to ensure the successful delivery of online programs.
• Schedules and runs pre-program productions calls with presenters.
• Gathers and communicates program details, including technical requirements and student handouts and communications.
• Ensures marketing team has all critical information to communicate to guests in program emails, including pre- and post- program communications; review all communications to ensure accuracy.
• Moderates and schedules moderators for all online programs, providing phenomenal service to Kripalu’s students.
• Books all programs into Zoom and maintains Zoom calendar.
• Downloads and maintains downloads of program recordings. Executes light video editing, when necessary, and uploads final videos for students.
• Gathers video and text assets to create on demand programs in on demand platform.
• Supports students throughout the online programs and via the Online Support email inbox.
• Creates surveys and reports on student feedback and shares with internal teams.
• Anticipates the needs of presenters, staff, and students and works as part of a team to provide excellent support.
• Actively participates in continually evaluating and improving processes and the experience of all presenters and students.
• Must be willing to work nights and weekends.
• Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Minimum of 1 to 3 years’ experience in event planning
• Demonstrated ability to work on a fast-paced team
• Excellent organization skills, with a high leve of attention to detail
• Ability to prioritize and complete multiple tasks efficiently
• Ability to learn new technology platforms as required
• Excellent customer service; positive attitude
• Takes initiative and follows through on directed projects
• Attention to detail
• Ability to hold many projects on different timelines
• Willingness to work evenings and weekends is essential, as is the flexibility to adjust schedule according to the needs of the programs
MINIMAL QUALIFICATIONS
• Associate’s degree or equivalent
• Word, Outlook, Excel, and Zoom skills VALUED BUT NOT ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE
• Prior non-profit experience
• Experience with learning management systems
• Experience with video editing
• Experience with property management systems a plus
Salary : $18 - $20
