We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Exterior Production Specialist to oversee project coordination, scheduling, and efficiency for our exterior remodeling projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Scheduling & Coordination – Efficiently schedule and manage exterior work crews, ensuring projects are completed on time and meet quality standards. Experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Customer Service & Team Collaboration – Communicate effectively with homeowners, vendors, and team members to ensure seamless project execution.
- Reporting & Documentation – Prepare, review, and submit accurate reports on project progress, ensuring details are well-documented and deadlines are met.
- Administrative & Software Tasks – Maintain records, manage administrative duties, and utilize software like Excel, Word, and Adobe. Experience is a plus.
- Problem-Solving & Critical Thinking – Apply strong math and analytical skills to troubleshoot challenges and optimize efficiency in production operations.
- AccuLynx Software – Utilize AccuLynx for scheduling and project tracking. Training is provided.
- Executive Assistance – Support leadership with administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Experience in exterior home remodeling (roofing, siding, windows) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and scheduling skills.
- Strong customer service and teamwork abilities.
- Exceptional attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word) and Adobe is a bonus.
- Ability to adapt and grow with the company.
