Kris Konstruction is a fast-growing leader in the home improvement industry, specializing in roofing, windows, kitchens, baths, and siding. We are expanding into a new territory and looking for a highly driven, results-focused Sales Leader to establish our presence and grow into a Sales Management role.

What You’ll Do Initially:

- Close high-value sales in roofing, windows, kitchens, baths, and siding.
- Work with homeowners to provide tailored solutions that fit their needs.
- Achieve and exceed sales targets to establish yourself as a leader.
- Master our proven sales process and showcase top-tier closing ability.

Once You Earn the Sales Manager Role, You Will:

- Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing sales team.
- Implement sales strategies to drive revenue in the new territory.
- Monitor and optimize team sales performance.
- Collaborate with marketing to maximize lead generation.
- Expand our brand presence and customer base in the region.

Who We’re Looking For:

✔ Proven top-performing sales experience in roofing, windows, kitchens, baths, or siding.
✔ Track record of closing high-ticket deals and exceeding quotas.
✔ Strong leadership potential and desire to grow into management.
✔ Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
✔ Driven, self-motivated, and willing to take ownership of a new territory.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a competitive environment.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel locally.
