What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Roofing/Exteriors Client Manager (Sales) position at Kris Konstruction?
**Please note, our home office is located in Baldwin, MD but for this specific role we are seeking someone in the Southeastern PA area (Harrisburg, Lancaster, Wilmington, etc.)**
Job Description:
- Manage, nurture, and maintain client relationships
- Coordinate and schedule roof inspections (perform inspections in tandem with field staff)
- Generate roof inspection reports ad present/review with clients
- Assist clients with insurance claim initiation and process
- Coordinate roof replacement projects with our scheduling staff
Beneficial Prior Experience:
- Sales to Property Management Industry (Condo, Apartment or Retail)
- Prior Roofing/Exteriors sales experience
Salary:
- $60,000-$80,000 annually based on experience
