What are the responsibilities and job description for the Commercial Roofing Field Manager/Technician position at Kris Konstruction?
We are looking for a skilled individual to join our team as a Roof Technician!
Job Description:
- Perform roof inspections (ladder access required as well as drone operation)
- Perform minor roof repairs for TPO, EPDM, Shingles, etc. (Training to be provided)
- Ability to help with pre-planning roofing projects (Typical projects = Condos, Apartment bldgs., strip malls, etc)
- Ability to effectively manage subcontractors and oversee all aspects of the build process (Safety, Quality, Schedule)
- Assist with coordinating misc. vendors for projects (ie dumpsters, material deliveries, etc).
- Ability to effectively communicate with Property Owners and tenants onsite
- Perform misc. interior repairs associated with roof leaks
Beneficial prior accreditation but not required:
- OSHA Fall Protection training
- United Rentals-Manlift and Forklift Certification
- HAAG training
Salary:
- Salary Position: $60,840 annually for an average 45 hours/week (training/probationary period = 60 days)
- Overtime calculated as 1.5x for any hours worked over 180 hours in a 4-week period
