Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team. Reporting directly to the Regional HR Manager, the HRBP will play a pivotal role in aligning people strategies with business priorities while promoting our cultural pillars and mitigating risk. This role requires a strategic thinker who is also hands-on in supporting leaders and employees to drive organizational growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as a strategic advisor to management, aligning HR initiatives with business goals.
- Act as a subject matter expert for HR systems, including payroll, benefits, recruiting, and time/attendance.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and operational leaders to optimize recruiting, hiring, and onboarding processes.
- Lead employee relations initiatives, fostering engagement, inclusion, and mutual respect while addressing and resolving workplace issues.
- Facilitate employee engagement initiatives, including surveys and action planning, to enhance the employee experience.
- Support leadership development through talent reviews, succession planning, and employee development programs.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on key HR metrics to drive data-informed decision-making.
- Leverage technology to streamline HR processes and enhance employee engagement and efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and governmental HR regulations, keeping the organization informed and aligned with best practices.
- Champion a culture of safety, operational excellence, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications
What We’re Looking For:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business management, psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Experience: At least 5 years of relevant HR experience, with preferred experience in organizations with large, dispersed field operations and non-exempt (hourly) employees.
- Skills:
- Proficiency with HR software systems, including Applicant Tracking, HRIS, and Payroll (Paycom experience is a plus).
- Strong analytical abilities and proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Creative problem-solving and the ability to adapt to changing business needs.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Other Requirements:
- Ability to travel, including overnight, to company locations for employee engagement, recruiting events, and operational support.
