What You’ll Be Doing
- Leading Projects That Matter: You’ll manage acquisitions, fleet operations, software implementations, and process improvements—but you’ll also be deep in the details, ensuring execution.
- Hands-On Execution: This isn’t an “oversight” role. You need to do the work, solve problems, and drive results. From paperwork to process creation, you’ll be making things happen, not just directing from the sidelines.
- Balancing Admin & Action: If you get bored with operational details, this job isn’t for you. There’s a lot of administrative work, from structuring workflows to tracking deliverables—but every piece plays a critical role in how we grow and improve.
- Collaboration Across Teams: Work with operations, HR, fleet teams, and corporate leadership to ensure smooth integrations and efficiency improvements.
- Travel as Needed, Not Constantly: You’ll visit regional locations across the state of Pennsylvania as necessary—but this isn't an “always on the road” role. Be flexible and ready when needed.

What You Need
- 5 years of experience in project management (transportation/logistics a plus)
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and multitasking skills
- Comfort with project management tools and tracking details without losing sight of the big picture
- Ability to work independently while also collaborating with multiple teams
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but experience matters most
