Availability for occasional evening and weekend communication is expected.

Responsibilities :
Accompany Krista between her home office, real estate office, and political engagements.Proactively manage and prioritize Krista’s calendar, ensuring seamless scheduling of appointments, closings, and meetingsAct as a gatekeeper and liaison, managing schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangementsAnticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and proactively offer solutionsTake ownership of projects and tasks, identifying priorities and ensuring efficient execution.Assist with real estate transactions, including preparing documentation, client communication, and facilitating a smooth closing processOversee marketing initiatives related to Krista’s real estate and political workPlan and coordinate events, speaking engagements, and public appearancesHandle personal tasks, errands, and household management as neededHelp with current systems and processes to increase efficiency and manage multiple priorities effectivelyMaintain confidentiality and professionalism in all mattersBe available by phone and email for urgent needs outside of standard office hoursQualifications :
