This is an in-office position, please only apply if you are able to make the commute to our office located in Portland, OR.
Responsibilities include but not limited to :
Develop leads, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
What we provide :
- Base Salary plus Commission for every policy produced, 5-star review, & appointment set
250 / mo medical / dental / vision insurance reimbursement
SIMPLE IRA retirement match up to 3%
3 weeks of PTO every year with unlimited carryover
Licensing cost reimbursement after 90 days of employment
2k raise to base salary every 4-6 months for meeting a high level of production

Requirements :
Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
Successful track record of meeting sales goals / quotas preferred
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Self-motivated
Ability to multi-task
Ability to effectively relate to a customer
Property & Casualty license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
Life & Health license (must be able to obtain prior to start date)
