RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Make outbound calls to prospective clients to promote State Farm insurance products and services.
- Follow up on leads generated from marketing campaigns or referrals.
- Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to clients.
- Maintain and update a database of prospects and client interactions.
- Previous telemarketing or sales experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional and courteous telephone manner.
- Understanding of insurance products or a willingness to learn.
- Ability to handle rejection and remain motivated.
