Pelvic Health and Orthopedic Patient Population We are cash- based Physical Therapy practice specializing in a holistic/full body approach to help clients with problems that Physical Therapy can address, but no one is talking about. This includes urinary leaking, pregnancy/intimacy/hip/SIJ pains, postpartum recovery, and more. NEW GRADS are welcome to apply, as well as those with a passion for learning, and integrating treatment of the pelvic floor to the whole body. We offer training/MENTORSHIP to all new hires, so our therapists are confident and successful. We pay in the top 10% for clinicians in this area, as this is a specialty field with a great need for quality Physical therapists. We provide autonomy to our therapists, flexible scheduling, and flexible time off policies. This position is for:
-A passionate pelvic health PT who has a strong orthopedic background.

-Someone who likes to treat each patient for 1 hour assessing the entire body to find the root cause.

Duties: Be able to combine Orthopedics and Pelvic Health to properly assess patients in the pelvic health realm. Be able to perform internal exams and external exams of the pelvic floor. Understand that we work with multiple providers to bring the best quality of care to patients and a multi-faceted approach. Be able to make educational videos for patients and participate in social media projects, and community events.
Responsibilities:
- Treat patients for injuries or illnesses, performing treatments such as manipulation and manual therapy skills.
- Perform exercises to improve the patient's function.
- Analyze and interpret diagnostic imaging.
- Keep the patient's dream outcome as focus via objective measures, and progress documentation.
- Use knowledge of disease processes and the physical condition of patients to plan care.
- Interact with patients and visitors regularly.
- Communicate with doctors and other healthcare providers to help clients get their dream outcome, not just out of pain.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Pay: $80,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year- after 90 day onboarding/training process, pay per visit until 90 days or until the provider is consistently seeing 15 patients/week.
