Full-Time Live-Out Nanny Needed – Locust Valley

Kids' Ages: 7-month-old baby boy (as of June)
Salary: $25-28/hour (up to $30/hour for exceptional candidates)
We’re seeking an experienced, nurturing, and knowledgeable nanny to care for a sweet infant in Locust Valley. The family is new to hiring outside help and is looking for someone highly experienced with verifiable infant care references.
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday: 9 AM - 5 PM
- Start date: Mid-June 2025
- Guaranteed pay even if the family doesn’t need the nanny on certain days
- Paid holidays provided (same as the family's schedule)
Responsibilities:
- Provide attentive, loving care for the baby throughout the day
- Support developmental milestones, tummy time, and engaging play
- Manage diaper changes, feedings, and nap schedules
- Assist with sanitizing and cleaning bottles
- Maintain a tidy environment in baby-related areas
- Help with light housekeeping related to the baby (laundry, organizing baby items)
Requirements:
- Must have professional nanny experience with infants through toddlerhood
- Verifiable references from past infant care positions
- Knowledge of developmental milestones and best practices for infant care
- Comfortable working in a home where both parents work remotely
- Must be warm, patient, and highly reliable
- Experience with breastfeeding support is a plus
