My client is looking for a dynamic and experienced Talent Acquisition (TA) Manager to lead their inhouse team to consistently provide the best talent to our organization. The ideal candidate will have a firm understanding of leadership principles and importance of delivering hands on customer service. You will be responsible for collaborating with regional business managers & HR Managers throughout North America on talent strategy and needs assessments. The Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing, prioritizing and assigning work for Recruiter(s) as well as assisting in the recruiting efforts. In this role you will take action to ensure that you and the recruiters are delivering results and building relationships between local teams, and corporate departments to help achieve business goals.
Responsibilities
- Delivers recruiting results, instills a sense of urgency of self and the team to meet staffing needs.
- Gathers requirements and develops plan to meet high-volume staffing needs.
- Provide tactical guidance and input regarding recruitment strategies.
- Executes staffing plans including personally sourcing, screening and scheduling candidate interviews as needed.
- Delivers on an enhanced candidate experience at all phases of the relationship.
- Provides updates to hiring manager and HR throughout the search process to start date.
- Develops, maintains and communicates staffing reports and applicable KPI’s.
- Communicates hiring obstacles with HR and hiring manager and provides alternative strategy.
- Ensures the life cycle of the candidate is managed (initial contact to them becoming an employee (start date).
- Manages the hiring launch to day one of acquired organization.
- Provides training on recruiting tools to management.
- Develops an environment to receive feedback from hiring teams and HR to continually improve and adjust process to meet the needs of the business.
