Job Summary: We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Housekeeper to join our team. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various settings, such as hotels, commercial buildings, or private residences. Your attention to detail and excellent customer service skills will contribute to creating a pleasant and comfortable environment for our clients. Duties: - Perform general cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors - Clean and sanitize bathrooms, kitchens, and other areas as needed - Make beds and change linens - Launder and iron clothes and linens - Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly - Restock supplies such as toiletries, towels, and cleaning products - Follow established cleaning procedures to ensure high standards of cleanliness - Report any maintenance or repair needs to the appropriate personnel - Assist with additional tasks such as cooking or running errands as requested Skills: - Previous experience in floor care, hotel housekeeping, or commercial cleaning is preferred - Knowledge of carpet cleaning techniques is a plus - Strong customer service skills to interact with clients in a professional manner - Ability to clean efficiently and thoroughly while paying attention to detail - Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively - Ability to work independently or as part of a team - Basic cooking skills may be required for certain positions - Knowledge of custodial duties and safety procedures Note: This job description is intended to provide a general overview of the position.
