Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of properties, ensuring they are well-maintained and compliant with local regulations.
- Handle guest inquiries and concerns, providing excellent customer service to enhance guest satisfaction.
- Coordinate property maintenance and repairs, working closely with vendors and contractors to ensure timely completion of work.
- Conduct regular property inspections to identify maintenance needs and ensure compliance with safety standards.
- Requirements
- Proven experience in property management or a related field is preferred.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and vendors. Compensation will be as per experience with a lot of room to grow. These are all vacation rentals.
