Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide companionship, supervision and assistance to a resident in Pleasanton.
Male personal assistant (PA) for a 21-year-old client in Pleasanton, CA.
Health Issues:
- with autism and significant developmental delays.
- nonverbal and requires supervision for safety, assistance with feeding, toileting, and daily care.
Client Needs:
- Requires close supervision but does not need constant physical support.
- Uses an AAC device for communication, and caregivers should encourage its use.
Preferred Candidate: A female personal assistant.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Initial schedule:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday (6 hours each), Sunday (8 AM - 2 PM).
- Future Schedule: May increase based on summer school or transition to a day program.
- Possible Morning Shift
Service Type: This is specifically a personal assistant role, not a home respite service.
