Nature of Work:
This person will be focused on driving revenue for the Colorado Avalanche and potentially the other sports teams within Kroenke Sports and Entertainment through ticketing products to home games. Ticket products include group tickets, full season memberships, and partial season memberships, and suite products. This person will be responsible for maintaining and growing a book of business with regards to group ticketing programs as well as partial season members. Execution of group programs and visiting with current and potential clients are required at each home game including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Examples of work performed:
- New group ticket sales for the Colorado Avalanche as well as the potential to sell group tickets for the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Rapids, and Colorado Mammoth.
- Full season, partial season and suite product sales for the Colorado Avalanche as well as the potential to sell these packages for the Denver Nuggets, Colorado Rapids, and Colorado Mammoth.
- Prospects, networks, set appointments and aggressively sells all ticket packages.
- Develops and executes group ticket sales promotions.
- Involved in leadership discussions and planning of certain department initiatives.
- Responsible for maintaining & growing a large amount of group ticket accounts and executing any fan experiences that may be tied to them.
- Handles a high level of sales activities, including 150 cold calls per week and 2-3 appointments per day.
- Transportation for appointments and ticket delivery a must.
- Meets/exceeds defined sales goals.
Represents, actively promotes, and sells team at events. Minimum 44 event per year (Colorado Avalanche games, outside ticket events, ticket on-sales, chambers).

Qualifications

Minimum
- BS/BA degree in field or related field
- 1 year experience in field
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.

Preferred
- 1 year in sports ticket sales

Compensation
- Base $24.04 hourly/$50,000 per annum
- Eligible for commission plan
