Nature of Work:
Responsible for oversight of all aspects of Rapids 2 team administration.
Examples of work performed:
- Work closely with Rapids 2 coaching staff on scheduling and logistical needs
- Weekly schedules
- Travel schedules
- Daily training schedule
- Coordinate schedule with FLIK for 2nd team meal needs in market
- Work with First Team, Academy Admin and Facilities to schedule practice fields at DSGP.
- Liaise with internal and external venue managers to ensure facility bookings for Rapids 2 training and competition
- Coordinate matchday setup for all Rapids 2 competition in accordance with league and venue standards
- Logistic coordination for all Rapids 2 New Players (flight, Hotel Per Diem)
- Logistic coordination for all Rapids 2 team travel:
- Plan and Execute Preseason Camp (games, travel, logistics)
- Scheduling flights
- Hotel accommodations
- Player, coach and staff transportation
- Schedule Practices
- Meals and per diem
- Facilitate the completion and submission of all required team related paperwork:
- Player contracts and registration documents
- Immigration paperwork
- Competition related documents such as home and away team information sheets, match day lineups, etc
- Coordinate all HR, Benefits and Payroll related activity for Rapids 2 signed players. This includes but is not limited to:
- Notification of new player signings
- New Hire Paperwork
- Processing of performance bonuses
- Processing of fines
- Housing stipend requests.
- Provide ongoing budget support and serve as the purchasing agent for Rapids 2
- Manage ticket requests both home and away matches
- Liaise with MLS office to ensure club adheres to all league policies regarding players, facilities and other rules.
- Work with Player Support Manager to assist in settling new players in market, including, but not limited to, proper paperwork, insurance, cell phones, vehicles and living arrangements.
- Collaboration with Player Support Manager to provide synchronized support for players
- Act as liaison between locker room staff and front office staff
- Assist the Director of Player Personnel/Rapids II GM and Director of Team Administration with any other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum
- BS/BA degree in field or related field
- 2 years’ experience in field
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Preferred
- Previous experience with a collegiate or professional soccer team is highly preferred.
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
Competencies/Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid Colorado driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.
- Ability to speak and correspond in Spanish preferred
Compensation:
- Base salary rate $60,000 per annum
