Nature of Work:
Oversees all aspects of Paramount Theatre’s Back of House, Facility and Production. This position will work directly with clients, vendors in the execution of events from client load in, event duration and load out. Additionally, this position will work with other KSE departments such as Event Safety, Venue Booking, Ticket Operations, ect. To ensure venue satisfaction is being met on all aspects of Paramount Theatre.
Examples of work performed:
- Oversee all aspects of Paramount Theatre’s Back of House facilities and Production
- Assists and supports the General Manager in scheduling Production Managers for event support.
- Works closely with the Booking team to ensure their needs from the venue operations team are being met in a timely manner to include future show budget projections, current event estimates and more.
- Directs the work of KSE employees and contract labor (Rhino Staging, Brownnote and Premier Facility Services) in the timely production of events. This direction often takes place while the Production Manager is the sole KSE employee on site with decision making responsibility.
- Manages and maintains relationships and works closely with KSE partner companies: Argus, Legends, Rhino, Brownnote, Encore, ect. To complete projects for the benefit of the venue and client needs.
- Determines the type of materials, suppliers and tools to be used in production of events and actively seeks out and orders or rents those materials as needed.
- Build a working knowledge of Paramount Theatre. Be prepared to run and manage events at both Paramount and Ball Arena
- Provides for the safety of the employees on site during load in and load out and suggests changes in procedures to ensure safe practices.
- Work with tours and talent and manage shows
- Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
- Minimum
- BS/BA degree in field or related field
- High School or GED
- 2 years’ experience in field
- Applicants must meet minimum qualifications at the time of hire.
- Preferred
- Certification or additional degree
- Ability to acquire or produce and maintain a valid driver’s license and meet company vehicle driving standards.

Compensation:
- Base salary range $60,000 to $75,000
- Eligible for annual discretionary bonus
