- Any experience in marshaller and driver trainer role
- 6 months of FC driver experience
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to use and understand required technology and application systems
- Must be at least 21 years of age
- Ability to work within set timeframes and fixed deadlines
- Ability to maintain common delivery standards in a safe and efficient manner
- Accuracy and a high attention to detail
- Ability to work through problems in standardized situations
- Ability to carry out detailed written or oral instructions
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one and small group situations to customers, clients and team members
- Ability to train, coach and develop associates
- High School Diploma or GED
- Any proven leadership experience
- Execute team lead duties within established transportation standards
- Identify and troubleshoot issues and communicate to supervision for resolution
- Assist supervisors in day to day tasks and act as liaison between supervisors, warehouse and fleet services
- Provide training and lead daily huddles and other team meetings
- Provide constructive feedback to t team members in the performance of their duties; provide frequent feedback
- Operate delivery vans when needed in a safe/efficient manner
- Load and unload orders onto vans in a safe/efficient manner when needed
- Separate and move totes when needed learn to operate special, job-specific equipment, vans and technology
- Maintain flexibility to work weekends, nights, overtime and holidays on a regular basis
