Customer Experience Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Experience Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers through excellent service and maintaining a safe and clean environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding customer service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

• Assist the department manager in meeting sales and profit goals established for the grocery department.

Sales Floor Associate Requirements:

• Basic math skills and accuracy with handling cash and operating a point-of-sale system.
