- One year of supervisory experience or greater
- Knowledge of Pharmacy systems
- National Technician certification
- Associate's Degree Minimum Position Qualifications :
- Must possess National or Kroger technician certification
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must possess high school diploma or equivalent
- Demonstrated leadership experience
- Proven problem solving skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to trouble shoot and correct PC hardware issues
- Excellent multi-tasking skills
- Experience with Microsoft Office suite of products Essential Job Functions :
- Ensure accuracy, safety, quality, and regulatory standards are met daily
- Effectively coordinate and coach the pharmacy technicians to achieve maximum daily production
- Identify training opportunities and assist in providing training
- Resolve basic hardware issues that arise during daily operations
- Assist with maintaining inventory control
- Perform administrative duties including interpreting production reports, creating schedules and correspondence to stores and suppliers
- Provide technical support to all areas of the Central Fill facility as well as supporting stores
- Communicate and ensure HIPPA compliance and security
- Must be able to perform the essential functions of this position with or without reasonable accommodation
